Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item.
If you receive a damaged item, we will provide a full replacement or a full refund if a replacement is unavailable. To process your request, you must provide an unboxing video, and the claim is subject to our verification and approval.
