Processing Time
Our processing time depends on the type of item ordered.
Ready-to-Ship Items:
Orders containing in-stock items are typically processed within 2-4 business days.
Made-to-Order Items:
Custom or made-to-order items require additional production time of 7-10 business days before shipping.
Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Express Shipping (Available at Checkout)
Express shipping shortens the delivery time once your order has shipped.

Express shipping speeds up transit time only. It does not reduce production time for made-to-order items.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or high-volume periods.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to select countries.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
